The Imaging Plus Performance Guarantee

Operate at 95% Uptime.  Our commitment to quality and service results in an average uptime of 97% for the equipment we provide.  Imaging Plus guarantees a quarterly average uptime of 95%, and we will exchange any machine that fails to achieve this level of performance.

Perform to the manufacturer’s specifications.  Should the digital system be un-repairable onsite, Imaging Plus, Inc. will provide a temporary replacement at no charge until repairs are completed.  If the system cannot be repaired, Imaging Plus, Inc. will replace it free of charge with a system of equal or greater value.

Receive an average four-hour response time.  Imaging Plus, Inc. will respond to all service requests within an average of four hours.

Be eligible for a “technology upgrade”.  As long as the digital system is under a Print Management Agreement, Imaging Plus, Inc. will upgrade the existing equipment with newer technology, as customer’s needs change.

Be serviced by manufacturer-trained Imaging Plus service personnel.  Imaging Plus, Inc. guarantees to follow the manufacturer’s suggested replacement schedule on all consumable parts.  All improvements made available by the manufacturer will be installed at no additional charge.  Equipment operators will be provided free, unlimited training for the lifetime of the digital system while maintained under a Print Management Agreement.
