Utilizing PrintAudit print tracking and auditing software, unique information for each print job is collected and analyzed to uncover inefficiencies in the workflow. The resulting report can be used to extrapolate volume and costing data over a period of time, redirect print jobs over the network and recover costs along with the resources associated with printing and plottiing to all local, networked and direct-to-IP printers.
